Notes about uploading file as answers:
- Only one file can be uploaded each time
- Maximum file size is 15MB
- Files with the following formats can be uploaded:
- (Documents) .doc / .docx / .txt / .pdf / .ppt / .pptx
- (Images) .gif / .jpeg / .jpg / .png / .svg
- (Audio) .mp3 / .wav / .aac / .m4a
- (Video) .mp4 / .mov / .mpeg / .avi
- (Others) .zip / .7z
Notes about using recording function in Speaking tasks:
Systems and browsers that support recording function (with built-in or external microphone):

The first time you use the recording function, the browser will ask for permission to use the microphone. Please click 'Allow' to allow the browser to use the microphone. The maximum recording time is 10 minutes.
If the permission request was skipped or denied, you can refer to the following ways to enable the use of microphone for different browsers:
- Chrome: Refer to Use your camera & microphone
- Firefox: Refer to How to manage your camera and microphone permissions with Firefox
- Edge: Refer to Windows 10 camera, microphone, and privacy
- Safari (Tablet): After entering STAR platform with Safari, click the 'aA' icon on the left of the website URL bar, select 'Website Settings' and set the microphone permission to 'Ask' or 'Allow'
- Safari (MacOS): Refer to Customise settings for each website in Safari on Mac, and set the microphone permission to 'Ask' or 'Allow'
